Diploma in English Language
Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) offers a one-year English program (Diploma in English Language) through its Foreign Languages and Professional Development department. This program focuses on essential skills across major areas, including grammar, listening, vocabulary, reading, speaking and writing. In addition to these core subjects, a variety of supplementary topics are included in accordance with the standard curriculum and enhancing the participants' skills throughout the program.
