Spinghar Institute of Higher Education ceremony hall (auditorium) is developed and used for major academic and cultural programs of the institution. Central Library

The physical and digital library of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) has a very good collection of books and other reading materials to meet the teaching, learning and research needs of the academic staff and the students. Physical library of the institution has capacity of ... over 20,000 books and currently have a collection of books, journals, magazines, newspapers, video clips and other audio resources. The library has modern and fast internet-connected computers for users to access the institution database and digital library, as well as free links to other standard and advanced digital libraries. The library environment is quiet and conducive for individual and group study and discussions. The library is open from Saturday to Wednesday, from 7 am to 4 pm.
