Achievements

The Faculty of Medical in Dentistry has achieved numerous academic and professional milestones that have played a fundamental role in improving academic affairs, development and quality assurance within the faculty. Below is a brief summary of some key achievements.

Initially, the establishment of the Faculty of Dentistry within the structure of Spinghar Higher Education Institution ^(Nangarhar) was a major achievement. Since its inception, the faculty has graduated 10 cohorts of students, who have benefited from both theoretical and practical education at the Spinghar Momand Medical and Teaching Hospital.

The faculty's strategic plan has been approved for five years and its relocation to a new building marks another significant step in its progress. Furthermore, the review and approval of the faculty’s mission and vision have paved the way for better administrative organization and future strengthening. Faculty members have been appointed through an innovative process and capacity-building efforts have been made to support their professional development.

The promotion of an email system for administrative correspondence, writing academic articles, conducting English language proficiency exams for students and forming partnerships through joint activities and memorandums of understanding have all enhanced the faculty's social responsibility. Additionally, significant improvements have been made in the internal monitoring and evaluation process, as well as in the development of exam procedures.

The Faculty of Dentistry continues to implement such innovative measures and initiatives to foster the academic and professional development of its students.
