Memorandom of Understanding

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a formal agreement between two or more parties that outlines the terms of operation and the nature of their relationship concerning specific areas of collaboration. MoUs are typically established periodically and may also be created for special projects that offer mutual and multifaceted benefits to the parties involved. This document serves as a framework for cooperation and clarifies the expectations and responsibilities of each party.

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) aims to enhance its comprehensive relationships and to be recognized as a leading academic institution at both national and regional levels. The institute is committed to increasing the capacities of academic staff, administrative personnel, and students within the community.

SIHE will establish a legal and principled framework that encourages active participation in research activities, student exchange programs, and collaborative academic initiatives. This includes the exchange of administrative and academics resources and facilities, as well as the development of cooperative relationships through memorandums of understanding across various sectors.

Additionally, the institute will prepare annual plans to ensure the effective management and implementation of these memorandums, ensuring that all activities are carried out regularly and efficiently.
