Student Guide Book

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) designs and publishes a student handbook (guide book) for its existing, newly enrolled and candidate’s students. This handbook is created in accordance with the requirements set by the Ministry of Higher Education and the SIHE own policies.

The student handbook serves as the foundation for the academic period, as it outlines the rights and responsibilities that both the institute and the students must adhere to during this time. The main sections included in the student handbook are as follows:
