Lecturer of the Year
Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) recognizes that its most valuable asset is its academic and administrative staff. The institute implements a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation policy throughout the year to ensure the effectiveness of its activities. According to this policy, departmental plans and activities are monitored in the first and third quarters and evaluated in the second and fourth quarters; these activities are evaluated using specific checklists, job descriptions, and quality assurance and accreditation standards. This process allows for the selection of the best administrative staff at the level of each division, as well as the best lecturers at each faculty. Additionally, exemplary administrative and academic staff in the hospital are recognized similarly. This systematic approach not only promotes accountability and performance excellence but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the institute, ultimately enhancing the quality of education and services provided to students and the community.
