Lecturer Academics Rank

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) is committed to aligning its recruitment of academic staff members with the new and revised policy of the Ministry of Higher Education. To meet the demand for qualified academic staff, each faculty must appoint at least four lecturers with an appropriate academic rank within the relevant general department, the academic ranks recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Afghanistan include:

1. Candidate Teaching Assistant

2. Teaching Assistant

3. Senior Teaching Assistant

4. Assistant Professor

5. Associate Professor

6. Professor

All recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with the Ministry's policy for academic staff members and ensure compliance with established laws and regulations.

The academic staff at our institute comprises highly qualified teachers with various skills, extensive research knowledge, and expertise in modern teaching methods.
