It is an undeniable fact that for the achievement of goals within organizations, we must have a committed, responsible, and passionate team, one that is also sensitive to its duties. Fortunately, the Faculty of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) is blessed with this great asset.

Since education and knowledge are considered an Islamic obligation, they are also an essential factor for the development of society. The Faculty of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) was officially registered with the Ministry of Higher Education in 1390 (Afghan calendar), and currently, the faculty's structure includes the Dean, the Vice Dean, the General Department, the Para clinical Section, and the Teaching Management, along with eight specialized committees. At present, dozens of students are enrolled and pursuing their education in the faculty.

To enhance the quality of services and teaching, the Faculty of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) offers a standardized academic environment, equipped applied laboratories, a well-equipped library, a standardized computer lab, experienced and professional faculty members, a 50-bed teaching hospital, and a research center equipped with medical tools to conduct scientific research.

The stability and continuity of an organization are directly linked to its goals. In order to achieve these goals, it is essential that the educational institution has a professional and experienced human resource base and necessary facilities. The Faculty of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) has thus prepared both short-term and long-term plans to achieve its objectives. Based on this, the faculty has developed a strategic plan for the next five years, which, when implemented, will lead to the enhancement of laboratories, accreditation, the creation of new programs, significant positive changes in academic, research, and administrative systems, all contributing to the achievement of the faculty's goals and supporting the overall objectives of the institution.
