Biography

Fazalrahman “Ziarmal” was born on (1992) in a scholarly and religious family at Sabr Alia village, Pachir Agam district, Nangarhar province. He completed his primary and secondary school education in Majborabat secondary school Nangarhar. Later, he joined the agricultural high school in Jalalabad city, of Nangarhar province, and graduated from this high school in the year (2013), he also received his completion certificate from the Department of Agriculture with (14) grade. After completion of secondary and high school education, he enrolled in Alfalah University Faculty of Law and Political Science in (2014) and graduated from Judiciary and Prosecution Department in (2018). After completing his bachelor's degree, he joined Nangarhar University's master's program and graduated from the department of justice and prosecution of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in (2019). Mr. Fazlur Rahman Ziarmal is familiar with Arabic and English languages in addition to the national languages. During his education and studies, he has worked with various academic and educational institutes in academic and administrative positions to serve the country. Mr. Fazlrahman ”Ziarmal” has served as Course Coordinator, Publication Officer, Legal Advisor and Head of Quality Assurance Department at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education and as head and member of many others primary committees.
