Extra-Curricular Events
Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) offers extracurricular programs in three faculties, General Medicine, Dentistry, and Medical Laboratory Technology; the curricula are designed to meet national and international standards.
The SIHE also organizes and facilitates various extracurricular programs and activities at both the faculty and institutional levels. These extracurricular programs aim to complement the academic offerings and provide students with opportunities for personal and professional development.
The institute's target is to deliver a comprehensive educational experience that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to excel in their chosen fields and contribute positively to their communities. By adhering to national and international standards and offering a well-rounded educational experience, the SIHE aims to produce competent and socially responsible healthcare professionals.
Throughout the spring and fall semesters of the academic year, a diverse range of programs and activities such as workshops, seminars, theoretical and practical competitions, academic tours, campaigns, social programs and academic debates are consistently scheduled at both the faculty and institutional levels.
The SIHE along with its related faculties encourages all students to actively participate in extracurricular activities in addition to their academic curriculum. This involvement helps students enhance their skills across various fields and prepares them for successful graduation.
