Organogram

The organizational structure, also known as an organizational chart or organogram, organizational structure represents the formal lines of authority, hierarchy, relationships, rights, responsibilities and reporting within an organization. It establishes a systematic arrangement of human resources according to the requirements of the sector. This structure grants authority from the highest level to the lowest level of the administration and also outlines the orders and reporting procedures from above to below and below to above and also the technical, support and security staff. The organizational structure is designed to ensure the organization remains effective and efficient in its operations.

The Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) has a long-term, stable organizational structure that aligns with the laws, regulations, and quality assurance and enhancement standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the institute own policies, vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

This organizational structure is overseen and governed by the Chairman and members of the Board of Trustees, the chancellor of the institute, four Vice-Chancellors, Deans and deputy deans of the faculties, Department Heads, faculty member (lecturer), administrative and academic unit managers, officers, consultants, technical staff, service staff, and security personnel.

The organizational structure of the institute is based on the principle of decentralization, with the duties, responsibilities, and authority divided and monitored across the different hierarchical levels mentioned above. The overall organizational structure is approved and implemented by the Academic Council of the institute.
