As part of our commitment to academic excellence, we have established specific criteria for both national and international candidates seeking to embark on their academic journey with us at SIHE. These criteria pertain to the registration process for the entrance examination (entry test) and enrollment to the relevant faculties. We are committed to ensuring that these standards and conditions are clear and accessible to all prospective students.

Most of the conditions and criteria for registration are the same for both national and international candidates. However, certain conditions for international students may be more stringent or differ from those for national students. Therefore, all candidates must meet the requirements for the application and complete the admission process.

Criteria & Conditions for the General Entrance Examination (Entry Test):

The general entrance examination is open to both internal and foreign candidates, and it requires the following conditions to be met:

1.    Internal candidates must present original citizenship (E-Tazkira) at registration.

2.    Foreign candidates need to present a valid proof of identity at the time of registration.

3.    Applicants must have a certificate of twelfth grade (Shahadnama) approved by the Ministry of Education.

4.    If there is no certificate, then have three years of high school marks approved by the relevant education department.

5.    Foreign candidates are required to have their educational documents evaluated both domestically and internationally.

6.    Four (3x4) size photos with a white background are required.

7.    Payment of the entrance fee must be pay to the Finance department of SIHE.

8.    Candidates must fill out registration forms accurately and submit to the information office.

9.    Finally, candidates should obtain their Admit Card in the entrance examination.

Criteria & Condition for the Special Entrance Examination (Entry Test):

1.    Internal candidates must present original citizenship (E-Tazkira) at registration.

2.    Having an approved 14th grade graduation certificate from the Ministry of Public Health in the relevant field .

 3.   Having minimum percentage of marks (80%) of the institute period.

4.    Four (3x4) size photos with a white background are required.

5.    Payment of the entrance fee must be pay to the Finance department of SIHE.

6.    Candidates must fill out registration forms accurately and submit to the information office.

7.    Finally, candidates should obtain their Admit Card in the entrance examination.
