Primary Committees

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) is committed to manage its operations in relevant areas to achieve full accreditation in accordance with the quality assurance and accreditation standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education, specifically main-standards (11) and sub-standard (49). To facilitate this process, the institute has established an organizational structure that includes complete requirements for the university permanent departments, beside the organogram of university, SIHE established key main (central) and specialized committees. These committees are formed to address the demands of the quality standards. In addition to the main )central( committees of the institute, sub-committees are established at the faculty level to address specific jobs and responsibilities within their respective areas. The institute currently established several central and specialized committees to ensure the effective governance and management of its affairs.
