The Faculty of Medicine at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education is committed to achieving a set of general goals that aim to enhance the quality of education, research, and overall academic experience. These goals are designed to align with national and international standards, ensuring the development of a well-rounded, competent, and ethically grounded medical workforce. The faculty strives to expand academic programs and research activities, while also creating and maintaining state-of-the-art teaching, laboratory, and clinical facilities. Furthermore, the faculty is dedicated to implementing a robust academic curriculum, ensuring the continuous development of faculty staff, and students, and fostering partnerships with both local and international medical institutions. Through these objectives, the Faculty of Medicine aims to prepare future medical professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also committed to Islamic values, medical ethics, and national principles. Additionally, the faculty is focused on establishing new departments and postgraduate programs to meet the evolving needs of society and the job market, while ensuring financial efficiency and transparency in all its operations.

1.    Expanding academic programs and research activities in the field of medicine.

2.    Creating, maintaining, and expanding facilities for standard teaching within the faculty.

3.    Implementing, monitoring,g and evaluating the faculty’s academic curriculum.

4.    Providing, maintaining, and expanding facilities for laboratory and clinical practical work.

5.    Implementing the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education.

6.    Applying quality assurance and improvement standards in the faculty.

7.    Developing, maintaining, and expanding capacity-building programs for faculty staff, teachers, and students.

8.    Creating new academic programs in the faculty based on the needs of the Ministry of Higher Education and the job market.

9.   Ensuring academic and professional relationships with local and international medical faculties for the exchange of  

       experiences.

10. Training scientific staff committed to Islamic values, medical ethics, and national principles.

11 . Establishing new departments and postgraduate programs based on the needs of society.

12 . Reducing unnecessary costs within the faculty and increasing revenue.

13. Preventing corruption and ensuring transparency and justice in administrative and academic affairs.
