Introduction  

The Faculty of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education, in line with its defined vision, aims to educate skilled and professional personnel through excellent theoretical and practical teaching, research, and innovation, whose diagnosis of diseases will be trusted at the national and regional levels. To achieve this, the faculty's mission is to provide a standard academic curriculum, excellent teaching, advanced laboratories, and professional faculty members to train specialists in the field of medical technology who can effectively meet the diagnostic needs of medical laboratories at both national and regional levels. Additionally, the faculty seeks to strengthen its position in research, teaching, and practical technology, playing a fundamental role in improving the health of the community.
