Core Values
Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (SIHE-Nangarhar) is guided by a set of core values that shape its educational, administrative, financial, research, and public relations activities. The institute has a clearly defined vision, mission, and strategic goals, as well as annual goals and objectives, which are anchored in the following core values. The institute regularly reports on its performance to the relevant authorities and departments within and outside the organization.
1. Respect for Religious and National Sanctities
The institute values the rules, orders and principles of Islamic Sharia. Also, the institute’s administrative staff, faculty member, students and work partners are obliged to respect the national sanctities of Afghanistan.
2. Responsiveness
All administrative employees, faculty member, students, and external partners of the institute are obliged to carry out their respective responsibilities within the institute in a responsible manner considering the impact and consequences of their actions and avoid any potential conflicts of duty.
