Cause, Planning is a key process for setting objectives and determining the strategies and actions required to achieve them. During the planning phase, the institution establishes clear and rational objectives, which subsequently provide direction for future actions. Moreover, reporting serves as a vital tool for assessing the implementation and progress of the plan. It is essential for the monitoring and evaluation of each process. Through the reporting mechanism, organizational leaders and stakeholders gain an understanding of which areas are progressing as planned and which require adjustments. In line with this fundamental principle, the Faculty of Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education disseminates information regarding the implementation of its five-year strategic plan and the current status of the established objectives through annual implementation plans, quarterly reports, and annual summaries, all of which are made available via the institution’s website and Facebook page.
